Completed and now renting: a 3 storey walk up in the heart of Vancouver along the Cambie Corridor. Project Management of a 1920's apartment building that was fully restored and updated to feature 19 rental units ranging from studio to 2 bedroom configurations.
The Burrard

Managed the renovation and branding refresh of The Burrard Hotel in 2010. Project included interior alterations, all furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as marketing advisory services to bring the hotel up-to-speed with the current market environment.
